We want every House of Shaya experience to feel as considered as the pieces we create. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

01 — ELIGIBILITY

When can I return an order?

We accept eligible return requests within [7 DAYS] of the date your order is delivered. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in its original condition with all original tags, labels and packaging intact.

02 — CONDITION

Condition of returned pieces

Returned pieces must reach us in their original saleable condition. Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, stains, perfume or other use may not be eligible for return.

03 — NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items that cannot be returned

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Products specifically identified as non-returnable on the product page.
  • Any other products excluded from return under the applicable terms of sale.
04 — DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Something isn't right?

If you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so that our team can review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution.

05 — RETURN REQUEST

How to request a return

To request a return, contact us at YOUR-EMAIL@example.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.

06 — REFUNDS

How refunds are processed

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing timelines.

07 — SHIPPING & RETURN COSTS

Return shipping

Return shipping charges, if applicable, will depend on the reason for the return and the return method approved by House of Shaya. Any applicable charges will be communicated before the return is arranged.

08 — EXCHANGES

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and the applicable exchange terms. If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative resolution where applicable.
